The crowd is cheering, the confetti is loaded, and tonight's contestants (an office clerk, a farmer, a punk, a boxer, and other perfectly normal people) have one job:

Survive the bullet storm and run to the bank with the loot.

Every run pays. Mow down waves of adorable pastel menaces, level up mid-round, and stack a build out of gloriously mundane weaponry: 

The trusty service pistol, a sewing machine that fires like an SMG, a softball bat, a melted pitchfork.

Spin the Wheel of Fortune during the ad break, haggle with a mustachioed shopkeeper, and when you inevitably go down, don't worry: the show goes on. Every coin you earned lands in your very own bank vault, and that vault visibly fills up between runs, funding new champions and permanent upgrades.
